• Cancellation of Standard Orders : Standard orders can be cancelled without additional costs before shipment, in accordance with EU law .
• Cancellation of Custom Orders : Cancellation of custom orders will result in the loss of 50% of the order value, as they are excluded from the general right of withdrawal.
